Welcome to the "Relax Now" Center.  One of the keys to relaxation is to use techniques "OFTEN AND EARLY."  By catching your stress early you have a greater chance of keeping it small.  One way to think about this is to ask yourself whether you would rather calm down a cute lion cub or an angry, attacking full grown lion.  

Below you will find a number of on screen relaxation techniques.  These techniques, when used "OFTEN AND EARLY"  will give you greater energy, more focus, sustained concentration, and a whole bunch of other good stuff (not to even mention the bad stuff that happens when you don't do relaxation).  Choose from one of the following columns:
