TRY THIS:
Sit in a
comfortable position. Slowly
breathe in as you slowly make a fist with one of your hands.
Try to time it so you reach full inhalation just when you
make a full fist. Hold
both the fist and the breath for a moment.
Relax both your fist and your breath.
Say, “one,” to yourself.
Do this to a count of five.
Repeat as needed. Enjoy!
